We went to California May 9-14th. It was a lot of fun. We left on Sat. morning and went to Disneyland when we got there. That was a really long day, but it was still fun. Kaylee went on pretty much every single ride on our trip and really liked it. She went on California Screamin' more times than me! Mother's Day was spent at Universal Studios. Kaylee went on Jurassic park and also the mummy. She's one crazy kid! We went to California adventure on Monday and down to San Diego on Tuesday.
If the kids were naughty, we would just send themon a scary ride or feed them to the sharks... :)
The kids really liked Sea World (especially the hands on exhibits). Addi didn't want to leave the star fish pond and K didn't want to leave the sting rays. They loved touching them.
On our last day we did lunch at Ariel's Grotto. The girls thought it was pretty cool, especially Addi. She just stared and did her signature princess pose (lifting her shoulders, tilting her head, and smiling..) while the princesses talked to them. I thought it was worth the money to see the smiles on their faces. The food was pretty good too!

It was a great trip with perfect weather. We really had a great time! Thanks Mom and Dad for making it possible. We're really glad you like to travel and that you also like your grandchildren enough to take them out in public...

I love Addi's signature princess pose... she does it every time I talk to her too. That means I must look like a Disney princess too!
